Today is the day people! Say goodbye to Habaes Corpus!
Yup, today's the day the TRAITOR IN THE WHITE HOUSE signs the Military Commissions Act which will give him heavenly powers to detain anyone he wants who he feels is an enemy combatant and which will take all rights away. Torture will be the key to Bush's success too! Oh yes, he'll have the power to detain, to torture, to keep indefinately (could be forever if he feels like it), and throughtout all of it, the person(2) will have no right to an attorney or a fair trial. Any information obtained through torture will be welcomed. Oh, and if the Decider says, "You know, I heard this guy had been conspiring against the United States. Yeah, his neighbor told me that", well, then the Decider's words can be used as HEARSAY EVIDENCE at the fake trial that will find the person guilty no matter what!
What will constitute an enemy combatant? Who the hell knows but the Decider will determine that!!! Knowing that a guy who used to blow up frogs for fun, well, I'm sure part of his fun will be choosing these very special people to be the first.
No more Habaeus Corpus for Americans who are labeled an enemy. You're either will Bush or you're with the terrorists and if you're not with Bush then you are DEFINATELY a terrorist!!!

Its sad isnt it evil megalomanaciacs like Bush tranform our country into a Fascist Orwellian Police State, and brownshirt thugs like Troll Tex and Voltaire cheer him on.
Like I said on Lydia;s blog last night, its a joke to think that a few rag tag terrorist thugs that have no navy military or airforce and at most can kill several hundred to a thousand people a few times a decade could conquer our country or destroy our way of life, no its Bush and the Neo Cons who are destroying our countrys international reputation and transforming our country from a democracy that loves freedom to a fascist Orwellian Police State that are destroying our way of life.
The terrorists dont have the capability to destroy our way of life but Bush and his pack of Neo Con fools certainly do and they are well on their way to accomplishing their objective, too bad for them November is coming up aweful quick!
The ultimate irony could be after jan 2009, some new government employees convince President Hillary that dead eye, Dumsfeld and the Idiot really are enemy combatents.
What could they do then?
It would be LAW.
That would be so great Clif if that were to happen. In fact, I would love all the laws the republicans have brought forth and passed during the past 6 years to be used against them! Woohoo! I would love that!!!!
